CONTENT CREATOR AGREEMENT
This Content Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by and between:
● [Players Exclusive Ltd] ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), and
● [Content Creator] ("Creator," "you," or "your").
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which you will create, upload, anddistribute content on www.players-exclusive.com.
1. Eligibility
By entering into this Agreement, you represent and warrant that:
● You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
● You are legally allowed to participate in and distribute adult content.
● All individuals featured in your content are at least 18 years of age and have given
explicit, written consent for the creation and distribution of such content.
2. Account Registration
● You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
● You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details,
including passwords.
3. Content Ownership and License
● Ownership: You retain full ownership of the content you upload to the Platform.
● License: By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, and transferable license to host, store, distribute, and display your content on the Platform for commercial and promotional purposes.
4. Content Guidelines
● Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, distribute, or create content that includes:
○ Child Pornography: Any content depicting individuals under the age of 18.
○ Illegal Activities: Any content that involves violence, non-consensual acts, or
any other illegal activities.
○ Copyrighted Content: Content that violates the intellectual property rights of
others.
● Community Standards: You agree to follow all Platform guidelines and not create content that is discriminatory, hateful, or harmful to others.
5. Payment and Revenue Sharing
● Revenue Model: The Platform will distribute revenue generated from the sale, streaming, or tipping of your content, according to the revenue share model specified on our platform.
● Payment Schedule: Payouts will be made to the Creator on a [weekly/monthly] basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of [$X].
● Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes related to your income from the Platform.
6. Content Moderation and Removal
● The Platform reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove any content that violates this Agreement or community standards.
● Content flagged for potential violations will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include removal or suspension of your account.
7. Creator Responsibility
● Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and age-verification laws.
● Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your content or breach of this Agreement.
8. Termination
● By You: You may terminate your participation at any time by deactivating your account.
● By the Platform: The Platform reserves the right to terminate your account or access to
the Platform for violations of this Agreement, illegal activities, or any other reason
deemed appropriate.
● Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your content will be removed from the
Platform, though the Platform may retain backup copies for legal or compliance purposes.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or technical information shared between the Platform and the Creator, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
● No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or security of the Platform.
● Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or this Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
● Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction], according to the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
● Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
12. Amendments

Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "I Agree" or uploading content to the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
